Yes! All of our luxury condos are located in the Ocean Walk Resort on Daytona Beach; they are all privately owned and themed by each individual owner. The pictures represent the exact condo that is available and being reserved for your dates. No. All of our properties are owned by individuals and families who visit Daytona Beach and rent out their homes when they are not using them. You will never be asked by us to attend a time share meeting and none of our rates are dependent on that.

Both! You can rent as many nights as you like, so renting on a weekly basis is made easy. Please note, in most cases there is a two-night minimum length of stay. Snowbird specials are available for extended stays. Please contact us for special requests.
An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required upon booking. The
advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. The BALANCE is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Please go to the South Tower Front Desk (Owners Desk). Bypass the large front desk as you walk in and head around the corner to the left of the lobby. You will see a smaller “Owners Desk” facing the pool. Robyn, Lira, or Katherine will check you in, provide 1 parking pass per reservation, wrist bands, as well as condo keys.
Please plan on a firm 4:00 PM EST check-in time to allow for your condo to be properly prepared. If you arrive early, you can pre-register, receive your parking pass, wrist bands, as well as use all the resort amenities (i.e., the pools, main lobby restrooms, game room, eatery, etc.)
Check-out time is firm 10:00 AM EST. However, you can use all the resort amenities for the remainder of the day. Your condo keys will not allow access after 10:00 AM EST on the day of your departure.
One parking pass to the attached covered parking garage will be issued upon check-in at the South Tower desk located in the main lobby. You can park on any level available. Elevators off the parking garage will take you to your condo floor level.
Linens and towels are included in the unit. Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Housekeeping leaves enough paper supplies for the first day until you have time to go to the store. Bring your own beach towels.
All of our units have free high speed password protected WIFI, no worries!

We do occasionally have special deals usually within 1-2 weeks of your stay. We are a Premier Host property management company in Daytona Beach and many times do not have to offer specials as our properties are full. Snowbird specials are available for extended stays. Please contact us for special requests.
The reservation must be made by person of at least 21 years of age or older to check in and stay at the resort (photo ID is required at check-in).
No pets are permitted on the property. Trained service animals as defined by the ADA are welcome. (Comfort, therapy, and emotional support animals are not considered service animals.) Lying about an ADA service animal is a felony and will be treated as such.
NO-SMOKING!!! If you smoke in the condo or on the balcony, you will be charged a $250 fine and immediately evicted from the property.
- No refunds will be given unless:
- The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation in a “Hurricane Warning area” and/or a “Mandatory Evacuation” order has been given for the area of Daytona Beach.
- The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order we will refund: any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered, any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive and wants to shorten their stay, any rents collected for a reservation that is to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning.”
- All cancellation fees are per unit rented.
- Cancellation less than 60 days prior to check-in date, loss of deposit or half down.
- Cancellation less than 30 days prior to check-in date, loss of full amount.
- Additional cancellation policies apply to bookings of 3 or more units.
